The Council for Development Planning and Management Development in the West Herzegovina Canton is a body of the Government of the West Herzegovina Canton, which has an advisory role in the processes of defining, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting in the realization of priorities in the West Herzegovina Canton and acts in accordance with the principles of partnership and cooperation.
The Council for Development Planning and Management Development in the West Herzegovina Canton discusses and provides recommendations on the following: key development priorities in the West Herzegovina Canton, strategic documents in Bosnia and Herzegovina, development strategy of Bosnia and Herzegovina, development strategy of the West Herzegovina Canton, sectoral strategies of the West Herzegovina Canton and their mutual compliance, and before their submission to the Government of West Herzegovina Canton for discussion - strategies for the development of units of local self-government and their compliance with strategic documents of the West Herzegovina Canton, development programs requiring joint activities of various institutions of the West Herzegovina Canton and local self-government units within the frames of the development strategy of the West Herzegovina Canton, annual reports on the implementation of development strategy and sectoral strategies of the West Herzegovina Canton, problems and developmental potentials of the West Herzegovina Canton and other activities in the area of ​​development planning and development management in the West Herzegovina Canton.
